Email us. One person reads it and answers.
What to include
So we can answer in one reply rather than three:
- The email address you signed in with, if you have an account.
- The business you were looking at, by name.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your phone and its version — iPhone or Android, and which one.
- A screenshot, if something looked wrong.
Things you can do without us
- Leave a group
- Open the business in the app and tap Leave.
- Stop the notifications
- Turn off notifications for Simple20 in your phone's settings. We still email you when a group fills.
- Delete your account
- In the app: Account, then Delete account. Or ask us on the delete your account page.
- Correct a listing
- Email us the business's name and what is wrong. We confirm changes with the business before we make them.
Where we are
Simple20 is in Richmond, VA for now. If you are outside it, the app says so rather than showing you businesses you cannot reach.
